At YOTOP INC, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

Original tags still attached
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Gift Set must be returned as a set, no individual items, online returns only.
You can cancel your order by contacting YOTOP INC’s Customer Education Center by phone or email within 60 minutes of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, you cannot cancel it.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached
Shoes can be worn but must be in the box
Proof of payment must be included with your return.

Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account
You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
Refunds may take 5- 7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges online. You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a ultradealsmart complimentary return label and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
