We retain full legal ownership of all Products until full payment is received.
If delivery fails due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect delivery address provided by you, and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will deem that you have voluntarily canceled the contract. Return policy
We accept returns for unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective products. Returned products must be kept in the original packaging with all original labels, user manuals and complimentary gifts intact. For footwear returns, the full set including shoelaces, dust bags and original shoe boxes is required.
You may return eligible products within 30 calendar days from the order date for a full refund via your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please call 929-315-1158 to contact us. We will verify return related information and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) for UPS or FedEx. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Repackage the product and deliver the package to a local UPS office, and provide the staff with your RMA number. Ensure the package is scanned for tracking during transportation.
The postmark date of the returned package must fall within 30 days from the order date.
Our warehouse needs at least 5-7 business days to process returns after receiving the package; processing time may be extended during holidays.
